My Digital Collage

This is my personalized digital collage. I know it isn't a perfect piece, but it contains some of the online applications that I'm familiar with and reflects a part of my digital self. Out of all the applications here, my favorite is Google. It gives accurate and elaborate explanations, and brings the web surfing experience to a whole new level. I also prefer Google Chrome to the Internet Explorer as it is easier to use.

TRIPS THAT I WILL NEVER FORGET...

Hi! This is my first personalized map. Well, I never tried using Google Maps before but I found it quite easy to use-due to the detailed instructions:) Of all the places I had visited, I found Hokkaido the most enriching. There, we got to see historical places and got close to wildlife. The food was also fantastic. We got to grill our own food(mostly seafood), and it was FUN! However, I found the baked potato the best food there. Creamy, fluffy,warm... I would not have to say more. St John Island was one of the "rural" parts of Singapore. Though the mattress was as thin as a paper and there was insects floating in the toilet bowls, I throughly enjoyed the trip and I will never regret going there. I learnt that life was not all about the daily comforts we have at home, computers and work. I discovered the other part of this world, while trekking through the wilderness of the forest. As my friends and I cuddled together at night, I truly felt the comforting warmth of friendship. It was a trip, that I would never forget...
P.S. I am going to Taiwan tomorrow!

Experience and The Future

Creating this blog was an easy task for me as I'm not a first-time blogger. However, it was quite an experience as I seldom blog about my feelings and the happenings in my life. I was brought back to life in the blogging world once again as I had not blogged for quite a long time. Well, we can share our opinions and feelings on the blogs and we could get to know each other more. We could also set up a class blog so that it'll be more convienient when we are doing a project. For example, everyone can give their personal ideas in a project and we will be able to vote for the best idea. From this, we would also be able to expand our knowledge and see how others think. That would help us to be able to see in many different perspectives, and would help us greatly in whatever we do.

Feelings and Reactions

I choose this picture from the many others from the wide world of the internet as it is the perfect representative of how I felt when I ripped open the letter and saw the big bold words-CONFIRMED OFFER. I was filled with upmost elation, and I had to put extra effort to keep myself from jumping up and down. I wanted to spread this happiness in me to the other people in the world, hoping that they'll have a chance to feel the wonderful and magical feeling that was in me one day. I really wanted to fill a box with this joy of mine, and send it as a gift to the less unfortunate, giving them a ray of hope in their life, motivating them to strive hard to pursue their future.
